This policy is underwritten on behalf of Lloyd's Syndicate 2468 by Marketform, 8 Lloyds Avenue, London, EC3N 3EL.What sort of insurance is this?
An Instructors & Coaches Insurance policy satisfies the demands and needs of a qualified person who wishes to be covered by Liability Insurance whilst coaching and teaching sports / leisure activities as listed on the Insurance Schedule.View the list of sports and their groups
How long will my cover last?
The actual validity dates are shown on the Insurance Schedule, annual policies are valid for one full year. Please note the cover will not incept if any payment method is dishonoured. We do not issue policies of more than one year.Are there any significant and unusual exclusions or limitations?
These are all set out fully either on the Insurance Schedule or in the policy wording, but please note the following:This policy is only available to persons resident in the Great Britain.
The policy only covers Qualified Instructors / Coaches for the sports they are qualified to teach or instruct.
There are specific exclusions for War, Terrorism, Sexual Abuse and Asbestos.
This policy is only valid whilst teaching or instructing in the United Kingdom.
There are limits to the amount the insurer will pay in all sections of the policy.
You may be responsible for paying part of the claim. The amount you have to pay is the excess. The excess payable can be found on the Insurance Schedule.
You are required to take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property and to act at all times as if you are not insured.
Your Insurance Schedule may contain specific Warranties and Endorsements, please read these carefully.
